Transparent Yatra Service Terms

These terms govern all tour packages, private vehicle hires, hotel arrangements, and temple guided yatras booked with Mathura Vrindavan Guide / Trip My Vrindavan. By confirming a booking, you agree to these fair guidelines designed for peaceful travel across Braj Bhoomi.

SECTION 01

Booking & Itinerary Confirmation

How your sacred journey is reserved and confirmed:

A tour package is officially confirmed once you approve the customized day-wise itinerary and the agreed advance token amount is received.
Package inclusions (vehicle category, hotel type, darshan coordination, meals) are explicitly itemized in writing in your quotation.
Final package pricing is locked based on travel dates, group size, and pickup city. No unexpected on-the-spot price surges are applied.

SECTION 02

100% Transparent Inclusions & Exclusions

Clear breakdown of costs included in your quotation:

INCLUDED: Dedicated sanitized AC private vehicle, experienced chauffeur, fuel charges, state highway toll taxes, parking fees, and driver night allowances as stated.
EXCLUDED: Personal temple VIP donation slips/pooja samagri, personal shopping, laundry, room service, and non-itinerary personal detours unless pre-agreed.
All expressway toll taxes (Yamuna Expressway / Eastern Peripheral) are included as agreed in your written quotation.

SECTION 03

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Fair and flexible policies designed for devotee convenience:

Notice given > 7 days before travel: Full refund of advance token minus nominal administrative transaction charges.
Notice given 3 to 7 days before travel: 50% refund of advance token, or 100% credit adjustable against a rescheduled future travel date within 6 months.
Notice given < 48 hours before travel: Non-refundable for hotel commitments already confirmed; cab reservation fees adjustable for future dates.
In the event of unforeseen medical emergencies, we work compassionately to provide maximum feasible rescheduling without heavy penalties.

Temple Timings & Local Regulations

Understanding darshan protocols and temple management rules in Braj:

Temple darshan opening/closing hours and aarti timings are governed entirely by autonomous temple trusts (e.g. Banke Bihari, Janmabhoomi, Prem Mandir).
During major festivals (Janmashtami, Radhashtami, Holi, New Year, Guru Purnima), district police may enforce pedestrian-only zones in Vrindavan.
Our team provides licensed battery e-rickshaws and optimized bypass routes to ensure comfortable passage through restricted zones.

Private Vehicle Fleet & Chauffeur Guidelines

Vehicle safety, cleanliness, and passenger courtesy standards:

All vehicles (Sedans, Ertiga, Innova Crysta, Tempo Travellers) are clean, sanitized, and commercial permit-compliant.
Vehicle usage is dedicated for the agreed itinerary routes. Night driving after 11:00 PM is restricted to scheduled transit for passenger safety.
Guests are kindly requested to maintain clean interiors and avoid smoking or alcohol inside the vehicle during sacred pilgrimage travel.

Devotee Responsibilities & Conduct

Practical recommendations for a smooth yatra:

Devotees are responsible for carrying valid government photo ID proofs (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport) required for hotel check-ins and Janmabhoomi security.
Please safeguard personal valuables, jewelry, and mobile devices, especially in crowded market streets and temple parikrama corridors.
Dress respectfully in traditional, modest attire suitable for Vedic temple shrines.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Handling unexpected situations and force majeure:

We are not held liable for delays caused by extreme weather (dense winter fog on Yamuna Expressway), sudden VIP government traffic diversions, or administrative bandhs.
In all such events, our local Brajwasi team stays in direct contact to rearrange your itinerary for maximum safety and comfort.
